The Point Of The Web Is… Connection, and Interaction

It’s a tragedy this blog isn’t on Crimespot, but thanks to the Carnival, it’s now on my radar. The blog on Australian & New Zealand Crime Fiction hosts the first fair and gets the ball rolling, already threatening to overwhelm me with a list of new blogs I should keep an eye on.

The Carnival of the Criminal Minds will travel blog to blog, and you can find out more about how it works via the link.

Undead Sex?
Angie Johnson-Schmit has Stephen Blackmoore In For Questioning. How do we know this will be a good one? Angie says:

"In this week's episode, I grill Stephen about the perils of mixing horror and crime, the general squickiness of undead sex, and the tastiness (or lack thereof) of candy corn and wax lips."

Rushing right over to hear about that...

Awards, Awards

The nomination process is now open for the first-ever Spinetingler Awards, and yes, nominations are already coming in, in all categories. Please feel free to spread the word, appropriately.

Tomorrow, Tomorrow

I am down to the crunch here, working on a handful of things. Hopefully, I’ll be back tomorrow with something more cohesive and original. Since this is unusually short for me, you have plenty of time to consider your nominations…

I love that you cite undead sex as a reason to tune in. To quote a previous post title, yes, we are weird.

I heard a little rumour that SB was making me undead in something he was writing.

And now I'm wondering what, exactly, I'm doing in my undead state.

Of course, I killed him fictionally, so payback is only fair...

I think I'm just slow, but I'm still struggling with the whole concept of the carnival thing. It sounds cool, but I'm not entirely sure what the hell it is!
