Yea! Can I say also how much I love the school photo of you at the right?

  2. Thanks Eileen - on both counts. If you look at the enlarged photo, I do look kind of evil, for a little kid.

  3. Glad kitty Skittles is doin' okay. And yes, your photo does look like what my mom used to call "a little stinker."

  4. Glad to hear the surgery went well. About as bad as waiting for word on a child of your own when it comes pets.

  6. I'm glad to hear Skittles will be fine. My condolences on the loss of your dog, though. I lost mine 3 years ago and it still hurts sometimes.

Geez, I've been slacking off on the commenting front. Sorry!

Thanks for all the warm thoughts. Skittles was a bit grumpy last night, and he found the energy to smack my on the forehead, hard. That's the problem of having so many energetic kittens running around - he was a bit tired of their games. But he's lying in his favourite spot in our bedroom window and looking happy, so that's good.

And Sela, we never forget our pets, do we?

  10. I always feel bad when my animals have to go to surgey (like spaying/neutering). I think my Mini Eskie said it best when she got spayed and my husband went to pick her up, she leapt off of the table towards him, but he was too far away to catch her so the vet caught her, whom my Dixie proceeded to pee all over.

Hope Skittles recovers well! It's never fun seeing your animals in pain.

I've been lucky enough to not lost a pet yet, I don't know what I'll do when the time comes. I start crying whenever I even think about it.
